If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the items can be returned for a size exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions
- The returned footwear must not show any signs of use and must have all accessories included inside the package.
- To make the return request, the Customer must send an email to supporto@identitashoes.it within 14 days of receiving the goods; within 24/48 hours you will receive all the instructions and we will then send a shipping label.

To speed up the exchange/return operations, in the email you send us, it is necessary to specify the item or items that you want to return.

- Return shipments must be made exclusively via our courier and following our instructions. Otherwise the shipment may be refused.

 

  • The costs for returns will be equal to the shipping costs plus any costs such as duties and VAT (where applicable)
  • For returns of more than two items, shipping costs vary.

 

The RETURN SHIPMENTS for refunds requested for countries outside the European Union ARE NOT WITHOUT CHARGES. Any import taxes and costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be automatically deducted at the time of reimbursement.


For sales made outside Italy it is not possible to change size, but it is necessary to make a return and place a new order.


Refunds will be processed as soon as complete the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item.
The refund amounts will be made with the same payment method made by the customerwithin 14 days of receiving the return.


The return of the footwear must arrive at the Identità headquarters within 10 days of the written authorization given to the Customer by the Returns department.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURN< br>- The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no signs of any kind, the safety sticker/label affixed to the soles and/or any other part of the shoes must not be removed or altered in color or shape.
- Each footwear must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
- All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to be effects an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
- Returns must be sent inside the box Identity.
- In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments on the part of Identity< /span> you are required to follow the same instructions above. Identità reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for faulty goods.
Identità reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions. The acceptance of such returns in any case involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
Identità will not accept the returned goods if the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the return policy. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

For purchases made from abroad (outside Italy), IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKECHANGE SIZE but it is possible to make a return
